[Remittance] Business Development
■ Job Responsibilities
- Identify and source domestic and international partners (e.g., PSPs, Acquirers, Remittance providers, FX, Wallets, Local partners, etc.)
- Discover new business opportunities and drive business development (BD) initiatives (not limited to the responsibilities listed below)
- Prepare and support Partner Value Proposition materials and Business Proposals
- Lead and manage partner meetings (calls/face-to-face), including agenda setting, facilitation, and follow-ups
- Conduct market and competitor research, analyze industry trends, and share internal insights
- Participate in B2B product/service planning discussions (organizing requirements, defining problems, brainstorming solutions)
- Manage sales pipeline and support revenue target achievement
- Support branding/marketing activities as needed (e.g., B2B-related proposals, PR, marketing materials)
- Prepare business meeting minutes and manage action items (for partner and internal sharing)
■ Qaulifications
- Fluent English communication skills to work with overseas partners and clients (Required)
- Understanding of or strong willingness to learn about the payment industry (B2B Payments, Fintech, PG, Remittance, etc.)
- Strong documentation and communication skills (emails, meeting notes, issue tracking)
- Experience or capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Risk/Compliance, Treasury, etc.)
- Ability to quickly learn payment industry structures and product types, and develop deep understanding of GME (or our company’s) products and processes
- Ability to drive BD initiatives while considering regulatory and compliance perspectives (banking, licensing, settlement structure, risk)
- Transparent communication and alignment of progress and plans internally
- Strong stakeholder management and partner relationship-building skills (both executive and working levels)
■ Preferred
- Experience working at a top-tier PG company
- Operational experience in cross-border settlement, FX, payout, reconciliation, etc.
- Experience in partner agreements, commercial terms, or negotiations
- Experience in KYC/KYB, NDD (Non-Documentary Due Diligence), or AML/Compliance related work
■ 근무 조건
- Employment Type: Full-time (6-month probation period / 100% salary paid during probation)
"GME believes that three months may be too short for both parties to fully understand each other,
therefore we have set a six-month probation period.
- Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Working Hours: 08:50 AM – 06:00 PM
- Salary: To be negotiated after the interview (please indicate your expected annual salary)
